Re-imagine Beauty Standards

An exploration of the current retail market suggests that the many boundaries around beauty have adverse effects on the industry.

Purpose is defined by statistics and nearly half of the US population is considered petite.  Brick and mortar as well as online shops and adverts use models and mannequins averaging from 5’7 to 5’9 which above a realistic height.  Blurring shoppers’ perception of fit leads to unnecessary purchases, unrealistic expectations, and higher return rates.

The execution of BlancheWear repositions retail to fit a more realistic image by using petite figures as a basis of discovery.

I am 5’7” with a short torso and the size small in these bodysuits are perfect for me! 🫶🏻
